2. What data do we process?
When you make an inquiry on our websites (aigent.hu, aigent.works) or via a form attached to our Facebook/Instagram ads (Meta Instant Form), we process the following data: name, email address, phone number, company name, area of interest (which service you are interested in), and optionally the message you write.
3. Purpose of processing
3.1. Contacting you about your inquiry (call-back, email).
3.2. Providing information about our services, making offers, arranging a consultation.
3.3. Documenting and managing the inquiry in our customer relationship (CRM) system.
4. Legal basis of processing
4.1. The data subject’s consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form; or — in the case of specific interest in a service — taking the steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
4.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without justification (see Section 8).
5. Duration of processing
5.1. We keep inquiry data until the purpose of the contact is achieved, but at most until consent is withdrawn — otherwise, counted from the last meaningful contact, for 12 months and then delete it.
5.2. If a customer relationship is established, we continue to process the data in accordance with the applicable contractual and legal obligations.
6. Data processors, recipients
6.1. We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. We use the systems of our contracted data processors:
6.2. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – collection of data arriving via the Facebook/Instagram form (Instant Form).
6.3. Odoo S.A. – customer relationship (CRM) and website system.
7. Data transfer to third countries
7.1. Data collected via Meta’s systems may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area (to the USA). Meta provides appropriate safeguards under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
8. Rights of the data subject
8.1. You have the right to: request information about the data processed about you (access); to request the rectification of your inaccurate data; to request the erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”); to request the restriction of processing; to object to the processing; to exercise the right to data portability ; and to withdraw your consent at any time.
8.2. You can send your requests to info@aigent.hu ; we respond to your request within 30 days at the latest.
9. Remedies, complaints
9.1. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, Hungarian Data Protection Authority), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11. (postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.), email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, web: naih.hu.
9.2. If your rights are violated, you may also turn to court.
